修复中应用二氧化锆修复体对咀嚼能力的影响及其应用效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究采用二氧化锆修复体行口腔修复的应用效果及对咀嚼能力产生的影响。方法将2017年1月-2019年12月在该院行口腔修复治疗的60例牙体缺损患者视为研究对象,以随机数表法分为两组,甲组采用(n=29)镍铬合金修复体行口腔修复治疗,乙组(n=31)采用二氧化锆修复体行口腔修复治疗,对比两组牙龈功能改善情况、咀嚼功能指标、龈沟液IL-8(白介素-8)、IL-6(白介素-6)水平变化情况。结果乙组治疗后PLI、SBI、GI分别为(0.52±0.01)、(0.41±0.09)、(0.34±0.12),均低于甲组,差有统计学意义(t=28.088、6.234、4.291,P<0.05);乙组治疗后咀嚼效率、咬合力分别为(96.78±3.69)%、(133.98±4.18)N,均高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.533、16.225,P<0.05);乙组治疗后IL-8、IL-6分别为(70.07±2.19)ng/L、(25.16±2.09)ng/L,均低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(t=26.477、18.140,P<0.05)。结论采用二氧化锆修复体行口腔修复的效果理想,利于改善咀嚼能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of using zirconium dioxide restoration for oral restoration and its influence on chewing ability.Methods Sixty patients with dental defects who underwent oral prosthetic treatment in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were regarded as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.Group A(n=29)was treated with nickel-chromium alloy restorations,group B(n=31)used zirconium dioxide restoration for oral restoration treatment,and compared the improvement of gingival function,masticatory function indexes,and gingival crevicular fluid IL-8(interleukin-8)and IL-6(interleukin-6)levels between the two groups.Results After treatment,PLI,SBI,and GI of group B were(0.52±0.01),(0.41±0.09),(0.34±0.12),respectively,which were lower than those of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(t=28.088,6.234,4.291,P<0.05);after treatment,the mastication efficiency and bite force of group B were(96.78±3.69)%and(133.98±4.18)N,respectively,which were higher than those of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.533,16.225,P<0.05).after treatment in group B,IL-8 and IL-6 were(70.07±2.19)ng/L and(25.16±2.09)ng/L,respectively,which were lower than those of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(t=26.477,18.140,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of using zirconium dioxide restorations for oral restoration is ideal,which is beneficial to improve chewing ability.
