摘要
文章主要研究变结构与均匀结构叠层针刺碳纤维预制体的力学性能。相比于均匀结构预制体,变结构预制体X-Y向拉伸强度和T型剥离强度较高,而Z向拉伸强度较低;变结构预制体中间高体积密度层是影响X-Y向拉伸强度和T型剥离强度的关键因素。合理设计针刺预制体内部结构,可优化叠层针刺碳纤维预制体的各项性能,为变结构叠层针刺碳纤维预制体的设计和应用奠定基础。
This paper mainly studies the mechanical properties of laminated and needle-punched carbon fiber preforms with variable structure and uniform structure.Compared with the uniform structure preform,the X-Y tensile strength and T-Peel strength of variable structure preform are higher,while the Z tensile strength is lower;The high bulk density layer in the middle of variable structure preform is the key factor affecting the X-Y tensile strength and T-Peel strength.Reasonable design of the internal structure of the needle-punched preform can optimize the performance of the laminated and needle-punched carbon fiber preform,and lay a foundation for the design and application of the variable structure laminated and needle-punched carbon fiber preform.
