摘要
职业经理人制度是我国深化国有企业改革的重要举措。文章以江苏省省属国有企业二级企业S公司为例,通过比较分析新加坡以及江苏省某省属企业实行的职业经理人制度,设计了S公司职业经理人制度的引入方案,包括引入流程、激励机制、约束机制、考核体系和退出机制,并提出相关建议。
Professional manager system is an important measure to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises in China.Taking S Company,a secondary state-owned enterprise in Jiangsu Province,as an example,by comparing and analyzing the professional manager system implemented by Singapore and a provincial enterprise in Jiangsu Province,this paper designs the introduction scheme of S Company’s professional manager system,including introduction process,incentive mechanism,restraint mechanism,assessment system and exit mechanism,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
