潜艇环壳过渡段与非耐压壳连接处的结构设计

摘要 针对潜艇锥-环-锥结构中环壳过渡段与非耐压壳之间纵向构件的布置问题,采用仿真计算的方法分析布置纵向构件对环壳过渡段结构强度的影响,发现在耐压壳沿环向布置纵向构件会导致壳板各典型应力沿环向发生周期性波动,使耐压壳沿环向出现应力集中,为此,在耐压壳外侧布置一层附加连接板,用以连接纵向构件,使纵向构件不与环壳段直接相连,计算发现,该结构形式可有效保证过渡段壳体的环向对称性,解决布置纵向构件后产生的应力集中问题,且对附加连接板的厚度要求较低。 Aiming at the problem that longitudinal members need to be arranged between the ring-shell transition section and the non-pressure-resisting shell in the submarine cone-ring-cone structure in engineering,the influence of the arrangement of longitudinal members upon the structural strength of the ring-shell transition section was analyzed.It was found that the longitudinal members along the ring will lead to periodic fluctuation of the typical stress of the shell and plate along the ring direction and stress concentration along the circumferential direction at the longitudinal member.According to the stress variation law of the transition section structure under the action of longitudinal members,a structural form was designed to make the longitudinal members not directly connected with the ring shell section by arranging an additional connecting plate.The numerical results showed that this structural form can effectively guarantee the ring symmetry of the transition section shell,solve the problem of stress concentration,and the thickness requirement of the additional connecting plate is very low.
