中国校办企业的发展与展望

中国高校校办企业经过50余年的发展,已经在促进成果转化、调整产业结构、增加财政收入等方面做出了积极贡献。但随着改革的深入,暴露出来的经营管理问题也越来越多。未来的改革方向是参照国有资产管理体制改革路径走向"大而强",还是回归本源,加强与教育、科研的产业协同走向"小而美",一直存有争议。因此加强校办企业改革研究,对规范校办企业经营管理,支撑高校科技创新和成果转化有重要意义。

After more than 50 years of development,Chinese university-run enterprises have made positive contributions in promoting the transformation of achievements,adjusting industrial structure and increasing financial revenue.However,with the deepening of reform,more and more management problems are exposed.Whether the future reform direction should refer to the reform path of state-owned assets management system to"big and strong",or return to the origin of strengthening cooperation with education and scientific research industry to"small and beautiful",has always been controversial.Therefore,strengthening the research on the reform of university-run enterprises is of great significance to standardizing the management of university-run enterprises and supporting scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation in universities.
