槟榔/香草兰间作土壤碱解氮和微生物数量的分布特征 被引量:2

Distribution Characteristics of Available Nitrogen and Microorganism Quantity in Areca/Vanilla Intercropping Soil

摘要 槟榔/香草兰间作根系互作能够固定土壤氮元素,且能改善土壤的微生物群落结构,但其分布特征与吸收利用机理尚不明晰。以槟榔与香草兰间作系统为研究对象,采用盆栽模拟试验并设置4个氮肥处理,研究间作对土壤碱解氮累积、分布和微生物数量的影响,探讨间作系统土壤氮素养分和微生物累积与分布规律。结果表明,在30cm土层内,间作模式的土壤微生物数量最多,土壤碱解氮累积量最低为1.119~1.641kg·hm^(-2),且有明显表聚现象,并随着土层深度的增加下降趋势不明显,随着施氮量的增加呈上升趋势。槟榔/香草兰间作模式不仅改善土壤生长环境,还能促进作物对氮元素的吸收与利用。本研究揭示了间作系统土壤氮素养分和微生物累积与分布规律,为发展间作模式促进氮素养分高效利用提供理论依据。 According to preliminary research,root interaction of areca/vanilla intercropping can fix soil nitrogen,and improve the soil microbial community structure,but the distribution characteristics and the absorption and utilization mechanism are still unclear.Taking the areca/vanilla intercropping system as the research subject,the effects of intercropping on available nitrogen accumulation,distribution and microorganism quantity in soil and the accumulation and distribution of nitrogen nutrient and microorganisms in the intercropping system were studied with potted plant simulation and 4 nitrogen fertilizer treatments.The results showed that in the 30cm soil layer,the number of soil microorganisms in the intercropping mode was the largest;the minimum available nitrogen accumulation in soil was 1.119 to 1.641 kg·hm^(-2),with significant accumulation in topsoil.With the increase of soil depth,the downward trend was not obvious;with the increase of nitrogen application rate,it showed an upward trend.The arecat vanilla intercropping mode not only improved the growth environment in soil,but also promoted nitrogen absorption and utilization of crops.This study revealed the accumulation and distribution of soil nitrogen nutrients and microorganism in intercropping system,and provided a theoretical basis for the development of intercropping models to promote the efficient use of nitrogen nutrients.
