低嘌呤糖尿病饮食对痛风合并2型糖尿病患者的疗效

摘要 目的给予痛风合并2型糖尿病患者实施低嘌呤糖尿病饮食治疗后取得的临床效果。方法择选2019年7月—2020年11月间入院治疗的痛风合并2型糖尿病患者90例为研究对象,以等分法加以分组,每组均纳入45例,其中研究组展开低嘌呤糖尿病饮食治疗,对比组不展开饮食限制治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组患者的血尿酸水平低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前、后,空腹血糖以及餐后2 h血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者的有效率占比高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的胰岛素抵抗情况、肾功能指标等数据与治疗之前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组数据低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应占比低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痛风合并2型糖尿病患者实施低嘌呤糖尿病饮食治疗后,能有效降低患者血尿酸浓度,显著提高治疗效果。 Objective To give patients with gout and type 2 diabetes the clinical effect achieved after implementing low-purine diabetes diet therapy.Methods Selected 90 patients with gout and type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital between July 2019 and November 2020 as the reaserch object.Divided into groups by equal division method,each group included 45 cases,of which the study group started low-purine diabetes diet treatment,and the control group did not start diet restriction treatment.Compare the treatment effect of the 2 groups of patients.Results After treatment,the blood uric acid level of patients in the study group was lower than that in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significantt(P<0.05);compared the fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose indicators before and after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared the data of insulin resistance and renal function indexes between before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the data of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the proportion of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After low purine diabetes diet in patients with gout and type 2 diabetes,the serum uric acid concentration can be effectively reduced and the therapeutic effect can be significantly improved.
