小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因应用于妊娠期糖尿病产妇剖宫产术中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Low-dose Sufentanil Combined with Ropivacaine in Cesarean Section of Gestational Diabetic Women

目的探究妊娠期糖尿病产妇在剖宫产分娩时应用小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因麻醉所取得的效果。方法选择2019年12月—2020年12月该院收治的妊娠糖尿病患者74例作为研究对象,于分娩期间均接受剖宫产术,遵照随机数表法划分为对照组、观察组,于对照组中应用罗哌卡因,观察组则联合应用小剂量舒芬太尼,对比分析麻醉效果。结果观察组麻醉效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生概率较低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T0时,两组患者疼痛评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);于T1、T2、T3时,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T0时,两组空腹血糖对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T1、T2、T3时,观察组空腹血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出生1 min后,两组新生儿Apgar评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出生后5 min,观察组新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病产妇剖宫产术中选用小剂量舒芬太尼复合罗哌卡因有利于稳定控制血流动力学以及改善血糖水平,安全性较高,可借鉴推广。

Objective To explore the effects of low-dose sufentanil combined with ropivacaine anesthesia during cesarean delivery in women with gestational diabetes.Methods Selected 74 cases of gestational diabetes patients admitted to this hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 as the research object.They all received cesarean section during delivery.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.In the control group Ropivacaine was used,and the observation group was combined with low-dose sufentanil,compared and analyzed the effect of anesthesia.Results The anesthesia effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).At T0,the difference in pain scores between the two groups of patients was not statistically significant( P>0.05);at T1,T2,and T3,the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At T0,the fasting blood glucose of the two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).At T1,T2,and T3,the fasting blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 minute after birth,The difference of the Apgar scores between the two groups of newborns was not statistically significant(P>0.05);at 5 minutes after birth,the Apgar score of newborns in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of small doses of Shufenni composite ropivaca in pregnancy diabetic maternal cesarea is conducive to stabilizing hemodynamics and improving blood glucose levels,high safety,can be drawn on promotion.
