骨折合并糖尿病患者围术期护理干预的实施价值研究

Study on the Implementation Value of Perioperative Nursing Intervention for Patients with Fracture and Diabetes

目的探究骨折合并糖尿病患者围术期护理干预的实施价值。方法选取该院2019年7月—2020年7月收治的56例骨折合并糖尿病患者的临床资料。经随机数表法将所有患者分为参比组、研究组,各28例,分别予以常规护理及常规护理基础上的围术期综合护理干预。比较两组临床相关指标、血糖水平、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果研究组下床时间、骨折愈合时间及住院时间均短于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组护理后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均比护理前低,且研究组比参比组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以骨折合并糖尿病患者围术期综合护理干预效果颇佳,可有效促进患者术后恢复,并降低患者并发症发生概率,临床应用价值较高,具有推广及应用价值。

Objective To explore the value of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with fracture and diabetes.Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with fracture and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected.All patients were divided into reference group and study group by random number table method,28 cases in each,and they were given conventional nursing and perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention based on conventional nursing.The clinical indicators,blood glucose levels,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time to get out of bed,fracture healing time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fasting blood glucose before nursing,blood glucose 2 h after meal and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were compared between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the study group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with fractures and diabetes is quite effective,which can effectively promote postoperative recovery of patients and reduce the incidence of complications in patients.It has high clinical application value and has promotion and application value.
