摘要 根据对原料性能及混合后纤维体积比电阻的综合分析,设计甲纶纤维和海藻纤维混纺质量比为70∶30,总结甲纶纤维和海藻纤维混纺纱各生产工序的关键技术要求,顺利生产出甲纶纤维/海藻纤维70/3018.5 tex纱。探索织造工艺条件,利用甲纶纤维/海藻纤维混纺纱成功开发出一款具有优异阻燃性能的面料,纱线及面料的各项质量指标均符合设计要求。这种兼具保障防护功能和穿着舒适性的防护面料对我国阻燃面料水平的提高具有重要意义。 Based on the comprehensive analysis of raw material properties and fiber volume specific resistance after blending,the mass ratio of polyester fiber and seaweed fiber is designed to be 70∶30.The key technical requirements of each process in the production of polyester fiber and seaweed fiber blended yarn are summarized,and the polyester fiber/seaweed fiber 70/3018.5 tex yarn is successfully produced.The weaving process conditions are explored,and a fabric with excellent flame retardant property is successfully developed by using the polyester fiber/seaweed fiber blended yarn.The quality indexes of yarn and fabric meet the design requirements.This protective fabric with both protective function and wearing comfort is of great significance to improve the level of flame retardant fabrics in China.
