苯磺酸氨氯地平片与氯沙坦钾片治疗高血压患者的效果研究

Study on the effect of amlodipine besylate tablets and losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension

目的 观察苯磺酸氨氯地平片与氯沙坦钾片治疗高血压患者的效果。方法 50例高血压患者,按照随机原则分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采用氯沙坦钾片治疗,观察组在对照组用药方案基础上联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、主要临床指标[舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、微量白蛋白(mALB)、血尿素氮(BUN)]以及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率96.0%高于对照组的72.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者DBP、SBP、mALB、BUN均较治疗前降低,且观察组患者DBP(79.4±7.1)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、SBP(129.8±9.5)mm Hg、mALB(47.6±3.1)mg/L、BUN(8.4±0.7)mmol/L均低于对照组的(90.6±9.5)mm Hg、(141.2±11.2)mm Hg、(53.6±2.9)mg/L、(9.6±0.4)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组恶心呕吐、腹痛、头晕发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 临床治疗高血压疾病可选择的药物类型不多,和氯沙坦钾片相比较,采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合氯沙坦钾片治疗,能取得更理想的降压效果,并且用药过程相对稳定,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of amlodipine besylate tablets and losartan potassium tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 50 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with losartan potassium tablets,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,main clinical indicators[diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),microalbumin(mALB),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)]and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment 96.0%in the observation group was higher than 72.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the DBP,SBP,mALB,and BUN of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment;the DBP(79.4±7.1)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),SBP(129.8±9.5)mm Hg,mALB(47.6±3.1)mg/L,and BUN(8.4±0.7)mmol/L of the observation group were all lower than(90.6±9.5)mm Hg,(141.2±11.2)mm Hg,(53.6±2.9)mg/L,(9.6±0.4)mmol/L of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in the incidence of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,and dizziness between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion There are few types of drugs available for clinical treatment of hypertension.Compared with losartan potassium tablets alone,the combination of amlodipine besylate tablets and losartan potassium tablets can achieve a more ideal antihypertensive effect,and the medication process is relatively stable,which is worthy of promotion.
