二甲双胍联合质子泵抑制剂治疗2型糖尿病的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of metformin combined with proton-pump inhibitor in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的 分析二甲双胍联合质子泵抑制剂治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 98例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,依据随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组行二甲双胍治疗,观察组行二甲双胍联合质子泵抑制剂治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后血糖指标及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.88%,高于对照组的79.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖(5.35±1.46)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(6.87±1.49)mmol/L均低于对照组的(8.05±1.66)、(10.05±1.58)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.08%(2/49),低于对照组的16.33%(8/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对2型糖尿病患者采用二甲双胍联合质子泵抑制剂治疗,能进一步改善患者的血糖水平,并促进病情有效控制及不良反应减少,值得临床拓展推行。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with proton-pump inhibitor in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 98 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus as research subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random lottery method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received basic metformin therapy,and the observation group received metformin and proton-pump inhibitor therapy.The therapeutic effects,blood glucose indexes before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.88%in the observation group was higher than 79.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(5.35±1.46)mmol/L and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(6.87±1.49)mmol/L of the observation group were lower than(8.05±1.66)and(10.05±1.58)mmol/L of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 4.08%(2/49)in the observation group was lower than 16.33%(8/49)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin in combination with proton-pump inhibitor for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can further improve the blood glucose level and promote effective control of the disease and reduction of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
