不同剂量孕激素治疗无排卵型月经不调的临床疗效对比

Comparison of the clinical efficacy of different doses of progesterone in the treatment of anovulatory irregular disorders

目的 分析无排卵型月经不调的疾病特点,评价采用不同剂量孕激素治疗的临床效果。方法 92例无排卵型月经不调患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采用高剂量孕激素药物黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组采用低剂量孕激素药物黄体酮胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、月经出血量、月经持续时间、子宫内膜厚度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.48%,与对照组的93.48%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率6.52%低于对照组的26.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组月经出血量、月经持续时间、子宫内膜厚度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 孕激素治疗无排卵型月经不调效果明显,对比高剂量给药,低剂量100 mg/d孕激素给药更具安全性。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of anovulatory irregular disorders and evaluate the clinical effect of different doses of progesterone treatment.Methods A total of 92 patients with anovulatory irregular disorders were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random numerical table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high-dose progesterone,and the observation group treated with low-dose progesterone.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,amount of menstrual bleeding,menstrual duration,and endometrial thickness.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.48%,which was not statistically different from 93.48%in the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.52%in the observation group was lower than 26.09%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in amount of menstrual bleeding,duration of menstruation,and endometrial thickness between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Progestin is effective in the treatment of anovulatory menstrual disorders,and low-dose 100 mg/d progestin administration is safer than high-dose administration.
