阳性反应点刺血配合天麻钩藤颗粒治疗枕大神经痛的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of blood-pricking at positive reaction points and Tianma Gouteng granules in treating greater occipital neuralgia

目的 论阳性反应点刺血配合天麻钩藤颗粒治疗枕大神经痛(肝阳上亢型头痛)的临床效果。方法 90例枕大神经痛患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组采用药天麻钩藤颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行阳性反应点刺血治疗。比较两组治疗效果以及临床指标(疼痛程度、头痛发作频率、头痛持续时间、情绪状态、睡眠质量)评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的71.11%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疼痛程度、头痛发作频率、头痛持续时间、情绪状态、睡眠质量评分分别为(1.18±0.32)、(0.46±0.11)、(0.82±0.24)、(0.26±0.08)、(0.92±0.21)分,均低于对照组的(2.28±0.64)、(1.28±0.31)、(1.43±0.36)、(0.58±0.16)、(1.35±0.33)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过阳性反应点刺血配合天麻钩藤颗粒治疗枕大神经痛可提升治疗的总有效率,改善患者的临床症状,是值得推荐的治疗手段。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of blood-pricking at positive reaction points and Tianma Gouteng granules in treating greater occipital neuralgia(headache of hyperactivity of liver Yang).Methods A total of 90 patients with greater occipital neuralgia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tianma Gouteng granules,and the observation group was treated with blood-pricking at the positive reaction points based on the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effect and clinical indexes(pain degree,frequency of headache attacks,duration of headache,emotional state,sleep quality score)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.33%in the observation group was higher than 71.11%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree,frequency of headache attacks,duration of headache,emotional state,and sleep quality scores of the observation group were(1.18±0.32),(0.46±0.11),(0.82±0.24),(0.26±0.08),(0.92±0.21)points,which were lower than(2.28±0.64),(1.28±0.31),(1.43±0.36),(0.58±0.16),(1.35±0.33)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood-pricking at positive reaction points in combination with Tianma Gouteng granules can improve the therapeutic effect and clinical symptoms of patients with greater occipital neuralgia,which is worthy of recommendation.
