摘要
目的 研究抗生素治疗方案中应用循证药学的效果。方法 回顾性分析80例上呼吸道感染患者临床资料,根据随机数字表法分为循证组和常规组,每组40例。常规组患者口服红霉素肠溶片,循证组遵守循证药学方式治疗。比较两组患者病症改善情况、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果 循证组患者退热、血象恢复、炎症吸收、啰音消失、咳嗽恢复时间分别为(4.12±1.25)、(3.38±1.24)、(6.35±1.29)、(5.18±1.45)、(4.09±1.82)d,均短于常规组的(5.72±1.36)、(6.51±1.83)、(9.52±2.14)、(8.63±1.39)、(8.27±1.36)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。循证组治疗总有效率97.50%高于常规组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。循证组不良反应发生率5.00%与常规组的7.50%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 应用循证药学、青霉素钠治疗上呼吸道感染能提高疗效和用药安全性,值得推崇。
Objective To study the effect of evidence-based pharmacy applied in antibiotic treatment.Methods A total of 80 patients with upper respiratory tract infection were divided into evidence-based group and conventional group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group received erythromycin enteric-coated tablets orally,and patients in the evidence-based group followed evidence-based pharmacy treatment.The improvement of the symptoms,clinical efficacy,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results In the evidence-based group,the time to fever reduction,blood routine recovery,inflammation absorption,rales disappearance,and cough disappearance were(4.12±1.25),(3.38±1.24),(6.35±1.29),(5.18±1.45),and(4.09±1.82)d,respectively,which were shorter than(5.72±1.36),(6.51±1.83),(9.52±2.14),(8.63±1.39),and(8.27±1.36)d in the conventional group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 97.50%of the evidence-based group was higher than 80.00%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the evidence-based group was 5.00%,which was not statistically different from 7.50%in the conventional group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of evidencebased pharmacy and penicillin sodium for the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections can improve the efficacy and medication safety,and it is worthy of promotion.
