不同干预方法对CT扫描中使用碘海醇注射液患者不良反应发生情况的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of different intervention methods on the occurrence of adverse reactions of iohexol injection in CT scans

目的 探讨不同干预方法对CT扫描中使用碘海醇注射液患者不良反应发生情况的影响。方法 60例CT扫描中使用碘海醇注射液的患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,实验组在对照组基础上增加优质护理干预。对比两组患者的不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果 实验组不良反应发生率16.67%低于对照组的56.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理满意度93.33%高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT扫描中使用碘海醇注射液的患者采用常规护理联合优质化护理干预,护理效果比较明显,所产生的不良反应发生率也比较低,对于临床医学具有一定的应用价值。

Objective To discuss the effect of different intervention methods on the occurrence of adverse reactions of iohexol injection in CT scans.Methods A total of 60 patients who used iohexol injection in CT scans were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing interventions,and the experimental group received quality nursing interventions on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions 16.67%in the experimental group was lower than 56.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate 93.33%of the experimental group was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients using iohexol injection in CT scans,the conventional nursing in combination with quality nursing interventions is more effective,and the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low,which is of certain application value for clinical medicine.
