基于“邪伏膜原”理论治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎1例

Treatment of the COVID-19 from the theory of pathogens hidden in moyuan:A case report

新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医学疫病范畴,传染性强,人群普遍易感,已成为全球性重大的公共卫生事件,针对新型冠状病毒肺炎,各医家认识不同,治疗各异。"邪伏膜原"理论为温病学家吴又可创立,在中医药治疗疫病中发挥了重要作用。本研究从"邪伏膜原"角度入手,对1例普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者转为重型病例后,进行中医救治,以期丰富中医治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的经验和方法。

The novel coronavirus pneumonia belongs to the category of epidemic infectious diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,which is highly contagious and to which the population is generally susceptible.It has become a major public health event worldwide.However,different schools of doctors have different understandings and treatments for the disease.The TCM theory of pathogens hidden in moyuan(interpleuro-diaphramatic space),founded by Wu Youke,a febrile disease expert,has played an important role in the treatment of epidemic diseases.This article,from the perspective of the pathogens hidden in moyuan theory,retrospects the case in which a critically ill COVID-19 patient was successfully cured with traditional Chinese medicine in order to enrich the experience and methods of traditional Chinese medicine in treating the novel coronavirus pneumonia.
