盐酸川芎嗪联合丹参滴丸治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛对心功能及血清hs-CRP、BNP影响研究

An investigation on the effect of ligustrazine hydrochloride combined with Danshen Dripping Pills on the cardiac function,serum hs-CRP and BNP in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris

目的探讨盐酸川芎嗪联合丹参滴丸治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛(CHD-SAP)对心功能及血清hs-CRP、BNP影响。方法选择应用盐酸川芎嗪和丹参滴丸治疗的CHD患者46例作为观察组,单用盐酸川芎嗪治疗的患者46例作为对照组。比较2组治疗效果、心功能、炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]、脑钠肽(BNP)、血液流变学、心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率(95.65%,44/46)高于对照组(82.61%,38/46)(P<0.05);观察组心功能指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、BNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血液流变学指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心绞痛发作频率、持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸川芎嗪联合丹参滴丸治疗CHD-SAP具有更好的治疗效果,能有效改善心功能,减轻炎症反应,降低BNP水平,减少心绞痛发作。

Objective To investigate the effect of ligustrazine hydrochloride combined with Danshen Dripping Pills on the cardiac function,serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(CHD-SAP).Methods A total of 46 CHD patients treated with ligustrazine hydrochloride and Danshen Dripping Pills were selected as the observation group,while another 46 patients treated with ligustrazine hydrochloride alone were selected as the control group.Their treatment effect,cardiac function,inflammatory factors[hS-CRP,interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)],BNP,hemorheology,frequency,duration and adverse reactions of angina pectoris attacks of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(95.65%,44/46)was higher than that of the control group(82.61%,38/46)(P<0.05).The improvement of cardiac function indexes in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-αand BNP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hemorheological indexes of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The frequency and duration of angina pectoris attacks in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine hydrochloride combined with Danshen Dripping Pills has a better therapeutic effect on CHD-SAP,which can effectively improve cardiac functions,reduce inflammatory reactions,decrease BNP levels and reduce angina pectoris attacks.
