蝶腭神经节针刺次数对变应性鼻炎的疗效分析

An analysis on the relationship between the number of sphenopalatine ganglion acupuncture and its curative effect on allergic rhinitis

目的分析蝶腭神经节针刺次数对持续性变应性鼻炎(AR)疗效关系。方法回顾性分析持续性变应性鼻炎针刺患者,22例针刺满6次设为观察组,19例针刺不足6次设为对照组,记录2组治疗前、治疗后(末次针刺1周)、6个月后鼻部症状及体征总分,鼻痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏、流清涕、眼痒、流泪的视觉模拟量表 (VAS)评分,鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷(RQLQ)评分。结果观察组治疗有效率(68.2%)优于对照组(52.7%)(P<0.05),观察组6个月后有效率(77.3%)优于对照组(52.6%)(P<0.05)。2组治疗后及6个月后VAS评分比较差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组VAS评分下降优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后及6个月后RQLQ评分比较差异显著(P<0.05),观察组RQLQ评分下降优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组6个月后疗效指数与针刺次数之间呈显著相关性,提示针刺次数越多,6个月后疗效指数越高。结论针刺蝶腭神经节对减轻AR症状有明显效果,随着针刺次数增多,患者的症状及体征逐渐减轻,生活质量逐渐提高,半年内疗效稳定。

Objective To analyze the relationship between the number of acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion and its curative effect on persistent allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the 22 patients in the experimental group who received acupuncture for more than 6 times,and the 19 patients in the control group with less than 6 times of acupuncture.The total scores of nasal symptoms and signs,as well as the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of nasal itching,nasal congestion,sneezing,runny nose,itchy eyes and tears,the Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire(RQLQ)score were recorded before and after treatment(one week after the last acupuncture)and after 6 months.Results The effective rate of the observation group(68.2%)after treatment was better than that of the control group(52.7%)(P<0.05),and the effective rate(77.3%)of the observation group was better than that of the control group(52.6%)after 6 months(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups were significantly different after treatment and 6 months later(P<0.05)and the decrease in VAS scores of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The RQLQ scores of the two groups were significantly different after treatment and 6 months later(P<0.05)and the RQLQ score of the observation group decreased more than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between the efficacy index and the number of acupuncture in the two groups after 6 months,suggesting that the more the number of acupuncture,the higher the efficacy index after 6 months.Conclusion Acupuncture at sphenopalatine ganglion has a significant effect on alleviating the AR symptoms.With the increase of number of acupuncture,the patients’symptoms and signs are gradually alleviated,and the quality of life is gradually improved,and the curative effect is stable within half a year.
