低频经颅磁刺激结合康复训练治疗儿童孤独症合并睡眠障碍

Clinical effect of the low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with a rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with autism and sleep disorders

目的研究低频经颅磁刺激结合康复训练治疗儿童孤独症合并睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法选取80例孤独症合并睡眠障碍患儿为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组接受康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上予低频经颅磁刺激,2组均治疗4个月。观察2组治疗后核心症状改善情况,比较2组治疗前后临床症状改善情况、孤独症严重程度及感觉统合失调情况。结果治疗4个月后,研究组总改善率(97.50%,39/40)高于对照组(82.50%,33/40)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗4个月后,2组儿童睡眠习惯问卷(CSHQ)、儿童期孤独症评定量表(CARS)、孤独症行为量表(ABC)、行为、语言、社交、知觉评分均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组前庭失衡、触觉防御、本体感觉、学习能力评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低频经颅磁刺激结合康复训练治疗儿童孤独症合并睡眠障碍可促进患儿核心症状及临床症状的改善,提高患儿睡眠质量,可改善患儿孤独症严重程度及感觉统合失调情况。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with a rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with autism complicated with sleep disorders.Methods A total of 80 children with autism and sleep disorders were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into a study group and a control group,each with 40 cases.The control group received a rehabilitation training,and the study group received a low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 months.The improvement of the core symptoms in the two groups after treatment was observed,and the improvement of the clinical symptoms,severity of autism and sensory integration disorder were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 4 months of treatment,the total improvement rate of the study group(97.50%,39/40)was higher than that of the control group(82.50%,33/40)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of children’s sleep habit questionnaire(CSHQ),childhood autism rating scale(CARS),autism behavior checklist(ABC),behavior,language,social interaction and perception were all decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of vestibular imbalance,tactile defense,proprioception and learning ability were increased in the two groups,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The low-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with a rehabilitation training can can improve the core symptoms and clinical symptoms of children with autism complicated with sleep disorders,improve their sleep quality,severity of autism and sensory integration disorder.
