淋巴瘤患者院外行微信小程序指导对患者焦虑情绪及自我管理能力的影响

Effects of the WeChat applet guidance on the anxiety and self-management ability of non-hospital patients with lymphoma

目的探究淋巴瘤患者院外行微信小程序指导对患者焦虑情绪、自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2018年2月-2019年2月于我院接受治疗后出院的130例淋巴瘤患者,将所有患者随机分为常规组和微信组,各65例。常规组采用常规的教育方式,微信组在常规组的基础上在患者出院后进行微信教育。对比2组焦虑评分、生活质量(SF-36)、自我管理能力及家属满意情况。结果干预后,微信组焦虑评分低于常规组、SF-36评分高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);微信组的自我管理能力高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);微信组家属满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论淋巴瘤患者院外行微信小程序指导,可改善患者焦虑情绪,提高自我管理能力、生活质量,应用价值理想。

Objective To explore the effects of the WeChat applet guidance on the anxiety and self-management ability of non-hospital patients with lymphoma.Methods A total of 130 lymphoma patients discharged from our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled as the study subjects and were randomly divided into a routine group and a WeChat group,with 65 cases in each group.The routine group received a routine education,while the WeChat group received an education on WeChat applets on the basis of the routine group.The anxiety score,quality of life(SF-36),self-management ability and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the anxiety score of the WeChat group was significantly lower than that of the routine group,while the SF-36 score was significantly higher(P<0.05).The self-management ability of the WeChat group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the WeChat group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The WeChat applet guidance for non-hospital patients with lymphoma can improve their anxiety,self-management ability and quality of life,which has an ideal application value.
