二次免疫在猪瘟活疫苗免疫效果中的应用

猪瘟仍然是世界范围内最重要的猪病毒性疾病之一。病原体是猪瘟病毒,一种鼠疫病毒属的小型包膜核糖核酸病毒。家猪和野猪的感染都有很大的相关性,野猪是宿主,偶尔也会将病毒传播到养猪场。在亚洲、东欧、美洲和一些非洲国家的存在地方性感染,活疫苗被用于控制疾病,其中二次免疫作为一种免疫手段在控制猪瘟扩散中起重要作用。该文对二次免疫在猪瘟活疫苗免疫效果进行综述。

Swine fever remains one of the most important viral disease in the world.The pathogen is classical swine fever virus,a small envelope RNA virus of the genus Yersinia.There is a strong correlation between infection in domestic pigs and wild pigs,which are hosts and occasionally transmit the virus to pig farms.In Asia,Eastern Europe,America and some African countries,live vaccines are used to control the disease,and secondary immunization as a means of immunization plays an important role in controlling the spread of classical swine fever.In this paper,the effect of secondary Immunization with Live swine fever vaccine was reviewed.
