交互式阅读对住院患儿及家长焦虑与护理支持感知的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Interactive Reading on Anxiety and Perception of Nurse Support in Hospitalized Children and Their Parents

摘要 目的探讨交互式阅读对住院患儿及家长的焦虑与感知护理支持的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月于厦门市儿童医院内科住院的120例患儿及其家长为研究对象,采用计算机生成的随机数字将研究对象分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。研究过程中观察组脱落3例、对照组脱落4例,最终纳入分析的观察组57例、对照组56例。对照组患儿及家长接受医院常规的健康宣教及心理干预指导,观察组患儿及家长在对照组基础上由经过专门培训的护士采用线下、线上结合的方式进行交互式阅读干预,比较干预前后两组患儿及家长的焦虑及感知护理支持得分。结果干预后,两组患儿及家长的焦虑评分均较同组干预前降低(P<0.05),但干预后两组患儿及家长的焦虑评分组间比较差异均无有统计学意义(P>0.05),干预前后患儿焦虑评分差值比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长感知护理支持得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论交互式阅读能降低住院期间患儿的焦虑,提高家长对护理支持的感知度,有助于患儿及家长更好地配合医疗护理工作。 Objective To explore the effect of interactive reading on anxiety and perception of nurse support in hospitalized children and their parents.Methods A total of 120 children and their parents hospitalized in the Internal Medicine Department of Xiamen Children's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)according to computer‑generated random numbers.During the study,3 cases dropped out in the observation group and 4 in the control group.Finally,57 cases were included in the observation group and 56 in the control group.The children and parents in the control group received routine health education and psychological intervention,while the children and parents in the observation group received offline and online interactive reading intervention by specially trained nurses on the basis.The scores of anxiety and perception of nurse support obtained by the children and their parents were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the anxiety scores obtained by the children and their parents in both groups were lower than those before the intervention in the same group(P<0.05);however,there was no significant inter‑group difference in the anxiety scores obtained by the children and their parents in both groups after the intervention(P>0.05),while there was a significant difference in the anxiety scores obtained by the children before and after the intervention(P<0.05).The scores of parents'perception of nurse support in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive reading can reduce the anxiety of children during hospitalization,improve parents'perception of nurse support,and achieve better children and parent cooperation with medical care.
