摘要
料仓粉尘爆炸是目前静电防灾研究的新关注点。分析了料仓粉尘爆炸隐患,介绍了料仓静电消除技术的实践和进展,重点论述了风送料仓粉尘静电爆炸的危险几率和风送系统静电消除技术的最新进展,提出避免过程控制偏离或失稳及操作失误等意外,在一定程度上可提升装置的本质安全。
Dust explosion in silo is a new focus of electrostatic disaster prevention research.the hidden dangers of dust explosion in the silo are analyzed,the practice and progress of the static elimination technology are introduced in the silo,focuses on the dangerous probability of the dust electrostatic explo-sion of the air-feeding silo and the latest developments in the static elimination technology of the air-feeding system,and proposes to avoid the deviation or instability of the process control,which can improve the intrinsic safety of the plant to a certain extent.
