欣母沛联合缩宫素治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Xinmabate Combined with Oxytocin in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage Caused by Uterine Contraction

目的对欣母沛联合缩宫素治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的应用效果进行分析。方法选取的对象均是2019年3月—2020年10月间在该院接受治疗的62例子宫收缩乏力性产后出血患者,按照患者入院编号的奇偶性进行分组,编号为奇数的31例划入对照组,编号为偶数的31例则划入研究组,对照组仅采用缩宫素治疗,而研究组患者则采用欣母沛联合缩宫素治疗,比较单一与联合用药的疗效差异。结果对比两组患者的治疗有效率,发现研究组患者的治疗有效率为96.77%,明显高于对照组患者的70.97%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.631,P=0.006);对比两组患者的产后2 h出血量及产后24 h出血量,研究组患者的数据分别为(215.66±45.69)mL与(394.38±80.36)mL,均优于对照组的(406.75±82.97)mL与(524.88±92.41)mL,组间差异有统计学意义(t=11.233、5.933,P<0.001);对比两组患者治疗24 h后的收缩压与舒张压,发现研究组患者的数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.628、7.056,P<0.001)。结论欣母沛联合缩宫素治疗子宫收缩乏力性产后出血的效果显著,能够有效控制产后出血的情况,并且促进患者的血压恢复正常,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Xinmabei combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine attenuation.Methods The selected subjects were all 62 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to anemic uterine contraction who received treatment in this hospital from March 2019 to October 2020.The patients were divided into groups according to the odd-even number of admission numbers.The 31 patients with odd numbers were assigned to the control group,and the 31 patients with even numbers were assigned to the study group.Patients in the study group were treated with hemabate combined with oxytocin to compare the efficacy of monotherapy and combination therapy.Results By comparing the effective rate of the two groups,it was found that the effective rate of the study group was 96.77%,significantly higher than that of the control group(70.97%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.631,P=0.006).Comparing 2 h postpartum blood loss and 24 h postpartum blood loss of the two groups,the data of patients in the study group were(215.66±45.69)mL and(394.38±80.36)mL,respectively,better than the control group(406.75±82.97)mL and(524.88±92.41)mL.There was statistically significant difference between groups(t=11.233,5.933,P<0.001).Systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were compared between the two groups 24 h after treatment,and it was found that the data of patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.628,7.056,P<0.001).Conclusion The effect of Hemabei combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine attenuation is significant,which can effectively control the postpartum hemorrhage and promote the blood pressure of patients to return to normal.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
