奥氮平联合二甲双胍治疗老年精神分裂症合并代谢综合征临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Olanzapine Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Senile Schizophrenia with Metabolic Syndrome

目的探析老年精神分裂症合并代谢综合征患者接受奥氮平联合二甲双胍治疗的应用效果。方法150例观察对象选自扬州五台山医院2018年8月—2020年8月接收的老年精神分裂症合并代谢综合征患者,按数表法对患者实施临床分组,将75例接受奥氮平治疗的患者纳入对照组,将75例接受奥氮平联合二甲双胍治疗的患者纳入观察组,测定患者BMI指数、血糖水平、血脂水平差异,评估PANSS症状评分,对比不良反应情况。结果经临床治疗,观察组BMI指数、FPG、HbA1c优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TC、TG、LDL-C明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PANSS症状评显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率8.00%,少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年精神分裂症合并代谢综合征患者接受奥氮平联合二甲双胍治疗,有助于改善患者BMI、血脂水平,对患者血糖水平具有调节作用。

Objective To explore the effect of metformin combined with olanzapine in elderly patients with schizophrenia and metabolic syndrome.Methods 150 cases of observation were selected from the elderly patients with schizophrenia and metabolic syndrome accepted by the wutai Mountain Hospital from August 2018 to August 2020.The patients were clinically grouped according to the digital table method.75 patients receiving olanzapine treatment were included in the control group,and 75 patients receiving olanzapine combined with metformin treatment were included in the observation group.The differences in BMI index,blood glucose level,and blood lipid level of patients were measured,PANSS symptom score was evaluated,and adverse reactions were compared.Results After clinical treatment,the BMI,FPG and HbA1c in the observation group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the TC,TG and LDL-C of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the PANSS symptom evaluation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adr in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with schizophrenia and metabolic syndrome receiving metformin combined with olanzapine can help improve the patient's BMI and blood lipid levels,and have a regulatory effect on the patient's blood glucose level.
