双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊对痛风性关节炎有效性与安全性的影响

Effect of Diclofenac Sodium Double Release Enteric Coated Capsules on the Efficacy and Safety of Gouty Arthritis

目的:探讨双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊对痛风性关节炎有效性与安全性的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年1月郑州中医骨伤病医院收治的150例痛风性关节炎患者,随机分为两组,每组各75例。两组均采用基础治疗,对照组使用秋水仙碱,治疗组使用双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊。两组持续治疗后,比较两组疗效、疼痛缓解度及不良反应情况。结果:两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组疼痛缓解度优于对照组(Z=2.306,P<0.05)。治疗组脱发、腹泻呕吐发生率均低于对照组(χ^(2)=16.667、69.409,P<0.05)。结论:双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊可有效改善痛风性关节炎患者临床症状,降低疼痛程度,具有良好疗效,且无明显不良反应,安全性高推荐使用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of diclofenac sodium double-release enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods:150 patients with gouty arthritis in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were enrolled,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.Both groups received basic treatment,the control group was treated with colchicine,and the treatment group was treated with diclofenac sodium double-release enteric-coated capsules.After continuous treatment between the two groups,the efficacy,pain relief and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.198,P>0.05).The pain relief degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The incidence of hair loss,diarrhea and vomiting in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Diclofenac sodium double-release enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of gouty arthritis can effectively and safely ameliorate the clinical symptoms,reduce pain,with good efficacy and no obvious adverse reaction,which is worthy of recommendation.
