案例教学模式在生殖医学研究生培养临床思维能力的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨案例教学模式在生殖医学研究生培养临床思维能力的应用。方法:选择郑州大学第三附属医院2016年1月—2019年12月时段的80例生殖医学研究生,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,观察组40例,对照组40例,观察组实施案例教学模式,对照组实施常规教学模式。比较两组研究生的教学满意度、综合素质、妇产理论知识成绩。结果:观察组的教学满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.314,P<0.05),综合素质水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=26.667,P<0.05),妇产理论知识成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05)。结论:采用案例教学模式培训生殖医学研究生,可以有效提高带教教师的满意度,促使学员充分掌握辅助生殖技术理论知识和实践操作,具有实用价值,能够提高医师自身的综合治疗水平,值得临床应用。 Objective:To discuss the application of case teaching model in cultivating clinical thinking ability of reproductive medicine graduate students.Methods:From January 2016 to December 2019,80 cases of reproductive medicine graduate students in the hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group.The observation group implemented case teaching mode,and the control group implemented conventional teaching mode.The two groups of graduate students’ teaching satisfaction,comprehensive quality,and the achievement of the theory of obstetrics and gynecology were compared.Results:The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=20.314,P<0.05).The comprehensive quality level was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=26.667,P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of case teaching mode to train reproductive medicine graduate students can effectively improve the satisfaction of teachers and encourage them to fully grasp the theoretical knowledge and practical operation of assisted reproductive technology.It has practical value and can improve the doctors’ own comprehensive treatment level and is worthy of clinical application.
