环境风险评价中火灾伴生/次生污染物的扩散模拟 被引量:7

摘要 对火灾伴生/次生污染物扩散特点以及国内外火灾伴生/次生污染物扩散模拟的主要方法进行了介绍。分析了目前国内环境风险评价和应急预案中采用AFTOX模型进行火灾伴生/次生污染物扩散模拟存在的主要问题,包括:排放类别选择错误、最不利气象条件的设定不合理、缺乏详细的输入参数取值及计算方法等。并在此基础上,以原油储罐燃烧为例,分析探讨了采用AFTOX模型模拟火灾伴生/次生污染物的最不利气象条件选择、模型输入参数的确定方法和需要重点关注的问题。并通过与AERSCREEN和AERMOD模型的模拟结果进行交叉验证,证实了本文所采用方法的可靠性。 In this paper,the characteristics of dispersion of air pollutants generated from fire and the main modeling methods at home and abroad are introduced.At present,AFTOX model is used in domestic environmental risk assessment and emergency plan to simulate the diffusion and dispersion of air pollutants generated from fire,which has some problems,such as wrong selection of emission categories,unreasonable setting of the most adverse meteorological conditions,and lack of detailed input parameter values and calculation methods.Taking the burning of a crude oil storage tank for example,the determination of the worst meteorological conditions for modeling air pollutants generated from fire in AFTOX model,the methods to calculate the input parameters of the model and the issues that need to be paid attention to are discussed.The reliability of the method in this paper is verified by comparing with the modeling results of AERSCREEN and AERMOD.
