麦粒灸法结合扶正抗肿瘤药物治疗老年恶性肿瘤临床评价分析

Clinical evaluation and analysis of the treatment of senile malignant tumor by wheat grain moxibustion combined with Fuzheng antitumor drugs

目的分析麦粒灸法结合扶正抗肿瘤药物治疗老年恶性肿瘤的效果。方法研究对象选择为本院收治的76例老年恶性肿瘤患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(38例)与对照组(38例),对照组患者采取扶正抗肿瘤药物进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上应用麦粒灸法治疗,就两组的疗效进行分析比较。结果观察组患者白细胞、血红蛋白、KPS评分均显著高于对照组,血小板、尿素氮、谷丙转氨酶、肌酸激酶、IL-1β、TNF-α均显著低于对照组,两组相比,P<0.05。结论对老年恶性肿瘤患者应用麦粒灸法结合扶正抗肿瘤药物治疗可取得很好的疗效,此治疗方案相比于常规疗法更具优势。

Objective:To analyze the effect of wheat grain moxibustion combined with fuzheng anti-tumor drugs on senile malignant tumor.Methods:The object of study for this hospital treated 76 cases of elderly patients with malignant tumor,according to the random number table method divided into observation group(38 cases)and control group(38 cases);control group patients take the centralizer antitumor drugs treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with wheat grain moxibustion on the basis of the control group observation group of patients in the control group,and the curative effects were analyzed and compared.Results:WBC,hemoglobin and KPS scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,platelet,urea nitrogen,glutamic-pyruvate transaminase,creatine kinase,IL-1βand TNF-αwere significantly lower than those in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of wheat grain moxibustion combined with fuzheng anti-tumor drugs for elderly patients with malignant tumor can achieve a good curative effect,this treatment plan has more advantages than conventional therapy.
