阳和汤对激素依赖性乳腺癌的治疗研究进展

Research progress of Yanghe Decoction in treatment of hormone-dependent breast cancer

中医学研究对激素受体阳性乳腺癌治疗的报道较少。目前已有研究提出阳和汤对体内激素水平有一定的调节作用,尤其是对孕激素、雌激素,进而对激素依赖性乳腺癌具有良好的治疗作用,但目前对于激素依赖性乳腺癌的中医治疗尚未形成统一的认识。本文结合目前医学界对乳腺癌临床及实验研究,将阳和汤应用于激素依赖性乳腺癌之机理做一综述。

There are few reports on the treatment of hormone receptor positive breast cancer in Chinese medicine.At present,studies have proposed that Yanghe Decoction has a certain regulatory effect on hormone levels in vivo,especially on progesterone and estrogen,and thus has a good therapeutic effect on hormone-dependent breast cancer.However,there is still no unified understanding on the TCM treatment of hormone-dependent breast cancer.This article reviews the mechanism of applying Yanghe decoction in hormone-dependent breast cancer based on the clinical and experimental research of breast cancer.
