某四缸发动机水套的热力学仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究某四缸发动机水套的冷却性能,确保发动机运行时能够拥有较好的散热能力,使用了仿真软件Converge针对该水套模型进行CFD热力学仿真。仿真结果表明:在缸盖鼻梁区等关键区域冷却效果不明显,还需要进一步优化。 In order to study the cooling performance of the water jacket of a four cylinder engine and ensure that the engine can have better heat dissipation ability,the CFD thermodynamic simulation of the water jacket model was carried out by using the simulation software Converge. The simulation results show that in the key areas such as the nose bridge area of cylinder head,the cooling effect is not obvious,which needs further optimization.
