摘要
设计了一种用于工业机器人焊接夹具快速更换的智能装置和配套系统,解决了传统方式更换焊接夹具耗时费力、人工成本高、重复定位精度不高、产品质量不稳定等突出问题,并能对焊接夹具工作部件进行实时监控,实现智能化生产。
An quick replace intelligent device and supporting system for welding fixture of industrial robot are designed.They can solve the prominent problems such as time-consuming and laborious,high labor costs,repeat positioning accuracy is not high,product quality instability and other outstanding issues and so on,in the traditional way to replace welding fixture. They can also monitor the working parts of welding fixture in real time and realize intelligent production.
