摘要
对某MPV车型在行驶过程中发现加速工况约2 700 r/min以上车内存在连续轰鸣,人体主观感受差的情况进行分析,找出问题的原因是排气吊钩和车身发生耦合共振所致,通过改善吊钩结构,提高吊钩模态进行优化,避开共振频率,能明显减弱轰鸣声,主观感受提升。
According to the analysis of the problem what an MPV vehicle during the driving process,it is found that there is continuous roar in the vehicle under the acceleration condition of about 2700 r/min or more,and the subjective feeling of human body is poor.The cause of the problem is found out due to coupling resonance between the exhaust hook and the car body. Improve the hook structure,increase the hook mode for optimization,avoid the resonance frequency,can significantly reduce the roar,and improve the subjective feeling.
