摘要
职业能力测评建立了科学的对职业能力解释框架,不仅可科学准确、客观的诊断和评价教学质量,而且能为教师的教学设计提供直接的支持。通过设计能力测试题、调查问卷、开展能力测评,寻找学生能力的缺口并以此为改革突破口,获得不同以往传统调研方式的直观有效的数据,极具可信度和说服力。能力测评和问卷调查这一组合拳,给教学诊断与改进提供了依据。
The evaluation of vocational ability establishes a scientific framework for explaining vocational ability,which can not only diagnose and evaluate teaching quality scientifically,accurately and objectively,but also provide direct support for teachers’ teaching design.In this paper,through the design of ability test questionnaire to carry out ability assessment,to find the gap of students’ ability and take this as the breakthrough of reform,to obtain intuitive and effective data different from the traditional research methods,highly credible and persuasive ability assessment and questionnaire survey combination,which provides a basis for teaching diagnosis and improvement.
