摘要
目前,高等院校工程训练实践教学以传统加工为主,产品质量检测还未重视,提高检测意识、了解检测设备已迫在眉睫。机械加工中对刀是数控加工的基础,对刀的准确性直接影响产品的精度。如何提高对刀的准确性和安全性是教师和学生思考的内容。机床测头作为现代加工中精确、方便、安全的对刀工具之一,是值得探索与学习的。以数控铣削加工中的对刀为主线,对应用机内测量工具机床测头进行精确对刀的分析,得出了精准的对刀方法及优点。
At present,engineering training practice teaching in colleges and universities is mainly based on traditional processing,and product quality testing has not been paid attention to,so it is urgent to improve the awareness of testing and under stand testing equipment. Machining tool is the basis of NC machining,the accuracy of the tool directly affects the accuracy of the product. How to improve the accuracy and safety of knife is the content of teachers and students’ thinking. As one of the accurate,convenient and safe tool in modern machining,the probe of machine tool is worth exploring and learning. Taking the tool alignment in CNC milling as the main line,the precision tool alignment analysis is carried out on the measuring head of the machine tool,and the precision tool alignment method and its advantages are obtained.
