摘要
应用SolidWorks软件创建有限元分析模型,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件对某阀门企业LNG用低温止回阀进行了温度场及热耦合分析,得出了止回阀在超低温试验工况,温度为-196℃时的最大变形量及其所在位置,为进一步研究超低温止回阀结构优化设计提供了参考意义。
The finite element analysis model is created by using SolidWorks software,and the temperature field and thermal coupling analysis of LNG low temperature check valve in a valve enterprise are carried out by using ANSYS finite element analysis software. The maximum deformation and its position of the check valve under the ultra-low temperature test condition at-196 ℃ are obtained,which provides a reference significance for the further study of the structural optimization design of the ultra-low temperature check valve.
