摘要
大梁回弹是汽车冲压过程中普遍存在的缺陷之一,通过对大梁变形过程回弹产生的机理的分析,再结合模具实际情况,找到解决回弹问题的方法,有效降低生产车间的返修成本,提高产品质量,对于类似结构的大梁回弹问题的解决也有借鉴意义。
Resilience of girder is one of the common defects in the process of automobile stamping. It analyzes the mechanism of resilience in the deformation process of girder,and then finds the solution to resilience problem based on the actual situation of die,so as to reduce the repair cost of production workshop effectively and improve the product quality. There are also solutions to resilience problem of girder with similar structure reference significance.
