摘要
针对焊接生产线的生产过程进行分析,找出存在问题,并改造与优化,提出焊接工业机器人对工件的焊接程序设计方案,再将传统人工搬运、人工焊接的操作方式采用机器人搬运、机器人焊接替代,提高生产线的工作效率同时,提高工件的焊接质量。
Analyze the production process of a welding production line,find out the existed problems to transform and optimize them,and give out the welding program design plans of how to finish the workpiece by means of welding industrial robots,replace the ways of manual use of traditional artificial handling and manual welding by using robot handling and robot welding,and how to improve the welding quality of the workpiece while increasing the working efficiency of the production line at the same time.
