摘要
总结了沙特阿美石油公司海洋石油平台预制管线内涂熔结环氧粉末涂层实际项目的经验,阐述了涂层的应用环境介质、系统设计、施工工艺以及涂层性能检测标准与要求,分析了施工难点及质量控制要点。
The experience in the project of lining the prefabricated pipelines with fusion bonded epoxy(FBE)power coating on Saudi Aramco offshore oil platform was summarized.The application environment,system design,spraying process,as well as coating property inspection standard and requirements were described.The difficulties and quality control points during construction were analyzed.
