摘要
为了提高传统级联Boost变换器的电压增益、减小支路电感电流纹波,减弱开关管电压应力、减小变换器的体积,将磁集成技术、开关电感和储能电容应用到级联Boost变换器中,提出了新型级联型磁集成开关电感高增益Boost变换器。通过引用两个开关电感和储能电容,可以使所提出的变换器的电压增益提高为传统级联Boost变换器的4倍。利用磁集成技术合理设计出耦合电感系数,不仅可以有效减小变换器电感支路的电流纹波与开关器件的电压应力,同时还提高了系统暂态响应速度,减小了变换器的体积,从而提高了变换器的电气性能。仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
To improve the voltage gain of the traditional cascaded Boost converter while reducing the branch inductor current ripple,the voltage stress of switches,and the converter’s volume,the magnetic integration technique,switching inductor and energy-storage capacitor are applied to the cascaded Boost converter in this paper,and a novel cascaded magnetically integrated switching inductor high-gain Boost converter is proposed.Two switching inductors and an energy-storage capacitor are introduced,so that the voltage gain of the novel converter is improved to 4 times that of the traditional one.By means of the magnetic integration technique,the coupling inductance coefficient is rationally de-signed,which can not only reduce the current ripple of branch inductance and the voltage stress of switches,but also improve the system’s transient response speed and reduce the converter’s volume,thus improving the converter’s electri-cal performance.Simulation and experimental results verified the theoretical analysis.
