康复新液联合替硝唑含漱液对固定正畸牙龈炎患者牙周菌群的影响

Effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with Tinidazole gargles on periodontal flora in patients with gingivitis in fixed orthodontics

目的观察康复新液联合替硝唑含漱液对固定正畸牙龈炎患者牙周菌群的影响。方法将94例固定正畸牙龈炎患者分为替硝唑组45例及康复新液联合组49例,替硝唑组采用替硝唑含漱液治疗,康复新液联合组采用康复新液联合替硝唑含漱液治疗。治疗4周后,比较两组疗效、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)、牙周菌群、龈沟液中炎症因子水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果康复新液联合组治疗总有效率高于替硝唑组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PLI、BI、PD、钙结合蛋白SI00A12均较治疗前下降,且康复新液联合组低于替硝唑组(P<0.05);两组治疗后球菌、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)较治疗前升高,且康复新液联合组高于替硝唑组(P<0.05)。结论固定正畸牙龈炎患者采用康复新液联合替硝唑含漱液治疗疗效确切,可改善患者各项指标,降低龈沟液中炎性因子水平,减少不良反应。

Aim To investigate the effect of Kangfuxin solution combined with Tinidazole gargles on periodontal flora in patients with gingivitis in fixed orthodontics.Methods 94 patients with gingivitis in fixed orthodontics were selected and divided into Tinidazole group with 45 cases and Kangfuxin solution combined group with 49 cases,the Tinidazole group was treated with Tinidazole gargles,and the Kangfuxin solution combined group was treated with Kangfuxin solution combined with Tinidazole gargles.After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy,plaque index(PLI),gingival bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD),periodontal flora,levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the Kangfuxin solution combined group was higher than that in the Tinidazole group(P<0.05);after treatment,PLI,BI,PD,calcium binding protein SI00A12(SI00A12)of both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the Kangfuxin solution combined group was lower than those in the Tinidazole group(P<0.05);after treatment,the cocci,interleukin-10(IL-10)of both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the Kangfuxin solution combined group was higher than those in the Tinidazole group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin solution combined with Tinidazole gargles has definite therapeutic efficacy in treatment of patients with gingivitis in fixed orthodontics,which can improve each index of patients,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid,and reduce adverse reactions.
