某风化型稀土矿磨矿分级工艺优化实践

摘要 某轻稀土矿石自然风化严重,设计的选矿工艺流程为半自磨—强磁选—磁选精矿摇床重选—磁选尾矿再磨分级浮选,由于在生产过程中存在着磨矿产品过粉碎的现象,导致磁选、重选与浮选各作业稀土REO回收率不高。为解决这一问题,减小隔筛尺寸,增加半自磨机格子板间隙、调整磨矿浓度、减少磨机装球率、优化水力旋流器配置,通过在半自磨环节预先抛弃顽石,减少细粒级矿物含量的产生,改善水力旋流器的处理能力等措施,使磁重浮各作业的精矿回收率明显提升。 The natural weathering of a light rare earth ore is serious, and the designed beneficiation flowsheet is semi-autogenous grinding-high intensity magnetic separation-table gravity separation of magnetic concentrate and regrinding, classification and flotation of magnetic tailings.Due to the phenomenon of grinding product crushing in the production process, the rare earth REO recovery of magnetic separation, gravity separation and flotation operations is not high.In order to solve this problem, some measures were taken, such as reducing the size of screen, increasing the gap of SAG grille plate, adjusting the grinding concentration, reducing the ball loading rate of the mill, optimizing the configuration of hydrocyclone, discarding hard stones in advance in the semi-autogenous grinding process, reducing the generation of fine mineral content, improving the processing capacity of hydrocyclone and so on, so that the recovery of concentrate in magnetic-gravity-flotation operation was significantly improved.
