适老化更新下城市社区康养空间公共设施研究

Research on Public Facilities of Urban Community Health Care Space under Aging and Renewal

闽南地区人口老龄化问题日渐突出,稳妥解决人口老龄化带来的社会问题事关地区发展全局与百姓福祉。现实生活中独生子女异地异乡生活,正在改变着传统的居家养老方式,而机构养老作为养老模式的重要组成部分,已是老有所养的一个新途径。本文实地调研厦门市思明区居家社区的养老服务照料中心,从适老化角度分析康养空间在功能、色彩、光照以及家具陈设等方面存在的问题,并提出相应策略,尝试从环境设计专业的角度进行改善老年人生活环境的理论研究与实践,推进社区养老机构适老化步伐,以期为缓解社区养老压力提供借鉴。

The problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious in Southern Fujian.Solving the social problems caused by population aging is related to the overall development of the region and the well-being of the people.Especially in real life,the only child living in a foreign country,these practical problems are changing the traditional way of home-based care,and institutional care as an important part of the pension model,has been a new way to provide for the elderly.This paper investigates the home-based community care center in Siming District of Xiamen City,and analyzes the problems of living environment such as space and function,color and lighting,furniture and furnishings from the perspective of aging,This paper puts forward the corresponding strategies and references,tries to improve the theory and practice of the elderly living environment from the perspective of environmental design,and promotes the pace of community pension institutions to adapt to the aging,so as to provide reference for alleviating the pressure of community pension.
