建筑策划视角下的村民活动中心设计策略

The Design Strategy of Villagers Activity Center from the Perspective of Architectural Programming

随着乡村人口结构的变化和经济的发展,村民活动中心日益成为乡村生活的发生器,亦是乡建的新载体。本文从策划的角度出发,研究村民活动中心的策划构成要素,并根据建设目标,对其进行分类和现状分析,同时从选址布局、功能规模、建筑形式、建造技术、经济管理等方面提出设计策略,以期更加科学地对村民活动中心进行策划,更好地指导后期设计。

With the development of the rural population structure and economy,the villager activity center has increasingly become the generator of rural life and a new carrier of township construction.From the perspective of planning,this article studies the programming elements of the villager activity center,and classifies and analyzes the current situation according to the construction goals.At the same time,it proposes the design strategies from the aspects of site selection,functional scale,building form,construction technology,economic management,etc.Strategies,in order to make a more scientific programming of the villager activity center and better guide the later design.
