江垭水库运行后水生生态影响与修复措施

摘要 江垭水利枢纽工程是澧水流域防洪控制性工程。江垭水库为水温稳定分层型水库,库底水温长期维持在11℃左右,水库下泄水温低于溇水天然河流水温。受江垭水库运行的影响,溇水下游河流水温发生了变化,河口年均水温下降了1.1℃;水生生态也发生了一些变化,对鱼类有一些不利影响。地方人民政府以及相关行政主管部门采取一系列生态保护措施,实现了工程运行与生态环境协调发展。 Jiangya water control project is a flood control project in lishui River basin.Jiangya reservoir is a stratified reservoir with stable water temperature.The water temperature at thebottom of the reservoir stays at about 11℃for a long time,and the water temperature at the outlet of the reservoir is lower than that of the natural river.Influenced by the operation of jiangya reservoir,the water temperature of the river downstream changes,and the average annual water temperature at the mouth of the river has decreased by 1.1℃.There have also been some changes in aquatic ecology with some adverse effects on fish.Local people’s governments and relevant administrative departments have adopted a series of ecological protection measures to achieve coordinated development between the project operation and ecological environment.
