政治和业务双引领促进教师教育教学质量--以高校教师教学为例 被引量:1

The Leading Roles of Teacher Party Members in Both Politics and Academics:A Guarantee of Education Quality in Universities

摘要 教育部启动高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程以来,高校直属医院深化全面从严治党主体责任的工作实践,提出从选优配强“双带头人”党支部书记,在党建和学术中发挥“领头雁”作用,到实现全体高校教师政治和业务双引领的党建工作体系,并提出提高党建工作质量科学有效的具体举措,厚植人文教育,提高教育教学质量。总结近两年来深化全面从严治党主体责任的工作实践,探索从培育“双带头人”党支部书记,到促进全体党员和教师政治和业务双引领的科学体系和具体举措。 This paper reviews and summarizes the practice of deepening the overall and strict management of the CPP’s main responsibility in the hospitals directly under the management of a university since the Ministry of Education launched the“double leaders”cultivation project of university teacher Party branch secretaries.A proposal was sincerely set up that in order to select and strengthen the function of a“double leaders”who is a Party branch secretary,we should emphasize their leading roles to all Party members in Party building and learning to realize the Party building work system of“double leaders”in both politics and academics,and put forward specific measures to improve the quality of Party building work.Hence humanistic education has been practiced at unprecedented level,which significantly improves the education quality in universities.This paper summarizes the practices in work of deepening the main responsibility of comprehensively governing the Party in the past two years,and explores the scientific system and specific measures from cultivating“Party branch leaders”to promoting the“double leading”political and professional affairs of all Party members and teachers.
