内科入科教育的实践探讨研究--结合住院医师规范化培训带教体会 被引量:1

摘要 住院医师的规范化培训是医学生进入临床后必须经过的教育阶段。培养合格的住院医生,让年轻住院医师迅速成长是住院医师规范化培训工作的重要目标,同时对于医疗安全的保障和医疗质量的提高也具有重要意义。入科教育是住院医师规范化培训的重要组成部分,科学而规范的入科教育能让住院医师迅速融入新的工作环境,事半功倍,从而更好地开展临床工作。在住院医师入科教育的过程中,除了常规介绍科室环境、纪律要求之外,着重向住院医师分享规培带教过程的带教体会、成长经历,将规培过程带教体会和经历融合到入科教育当中,帮助住院医师迅速成长。 The standardized training of residents is an education stage that medical students must go through after entering the clinical practice.Cultivating qualified residents and allowing young residents to grow rapidly is of great significance for the guarantee of medical safety and the improvement of medical quality.Scientific and standardized admission education is an important part of the standardized training of residents,which can enable residents to quickly get used to the new working environment,so as to better carry out clinical work.In the process of resident admission education,in addition to the routine introduction of the department environment and discipline requirements,we focus on sharing the teaching experience and growth experience in the process of regular training of residents and integrating the teaching experience into the admission education,so as to help residents grow rapidly.
