对分课堂在旅游管理教学中的应用与反思--以“旅游研究方法”课程为例 被引量:1

摘要 对分课堂兼具传统讲授型课堂与自主学习讨论式课堂的优点,有利于学生内化吸收和创新拓展所学知识,并能有效提升其实践应用能力。以“旅游研究方法”课程为例,系统阐述了对分课堂教学模式在课程教学中的实施过程并对教学效果进行评价,同时结合存在的问题,分别从教学内容安排与重点和难点设计、过程监控与适时引导、教学环节革新与系统优化等方面提出了课程教学改革的整体思路,以期为新时期旅游管理专业培养实用型创新型人才提供有益借鉴。 PAD class teaching has the advantages of both traditional class teaching and self-learning and discussion class teaching,which is conducive to students’internalization,absorption,innovation and knowledge expansion,and can effectively improve their practical application ability.Taking Tourism Research Methods course as an example,this paper systematically expounds the implementation of the PAD class teaching model and evaluates the teaching effect.At the same time,combined with the existing problems,this paper puts forward the overall idea of course teaching reform from the aspects of the teaching content arrangement and the design about the key and difficult points,the process monitoring and timely guidance,the teaching link innovation and system optimization,so as to provide a useful reference for cultivating practical and innovative talents of tourism management majors in the new period.
