摘要
探讨高职院校学生学习倦怠与心理健康的关系。采用随机抽样方法,选取江苏省270名高职院校学生,运用大学生学习倦怠量表和心理健康症状自评量表(SCL—90)进行问卷调查。调查结果显示,高职院校学生学习倦怠均分为2.79±0.54、心理健康均分为1.67±0.55,学习倦怠存在显著的年级差异,心理健康存在显著的性别差异和年级差异。学习倦怠与心理健康呈显著负相关(r=0.37,P<0.001);学习倦怠对心理健康具有显著的负向预测作用,解释了心理健康变异的13%。学习倦怠水平越高,心理健康水平越低。
This study discusses the relationship between learning burnout and mental health of vocational college students.270 vocational college students in Jiangsu Province were selected by random sampling.The questionnaire survey was conducted with the College Student learning Burnout Scale and the Mental Health Symptom Scale(SCL-90).The scores of learning burnout and mental health of vocational college students were 2.79±0.54 and 1.67±0.55 respectively.There were significant grade differences in learning burnout,and significant gender differences and grade differences in mental health.There was significant negative correlation between learning burnout and mental health(r=0.37,P<0.001).Learning burnout was a significant negative predictor of mental health,explaining 13%of the variation in mental health.The higher the learning burnout level,the lower the mental health level.
